Siete Ventanas, perched at the entrance to San Blas, showcases authentic Inca terraces woven into its stone walls. Bright rooms feature rustic décor, parquet floors, wooden balconies, minibars and satellite TV, with some rooms displaying dry‑stone walls.

The staff’s kindness and the location stand out. The bathtub is dangerously designed, making it hard to enter or exit.

The staff’s friendliness and the location are the best parts. The bathtub is so hard to get in and out of that it’s a real fall hazard; not suitable for adults with any physical health issues. I urge them to modernise it urgently.

The staff were excellent, always ready to help, the beds were super comfy, and the bedroom was spacious. The service was great; I’ll definitely stay with you again when I return to Cusco. The only thing that could improve is having the bedroom heating start before 20:00.

Everything was great: good location, comfy beds, friendly service, spacious bedroom and bathroom. The rooms were a bit cold and the heating only turns on after 20:00. Also, the TV had few channels and the Wi‑Fi was spotty.
