Everything was horrible; the facilities were dirty and in bad condition, I reported my bathtub and no one came to fix it, so I had to bathe in stagnant water.

I never got to try it; I didn’t like the check‑in process, it felt like I was bothering her, the room was far below what I expected, had no blackout curtains, the ceiling looked like it might collapse, the TV was bad, and there were no instructions in the room on how to use the change stations, one click at a time.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could; nothing about the property pleased me at all.

I wasn't allowed to have any. I was told there was no food. The night shift staff. She wouldn't give me a breakfast muffin. She told me, the hotel doesn't have any food. I've been traveling to this hotel for over 2 1/2 years. I've never experienced this before. When I came back a few days later. I told the day shift front desk clerk what happened. He showed me the hotel had plenty of breakfast food
