The location was excellent, but the rooms were unbearably hot and there were few bathrooms.

Breakfast was okay, but I was told I couldn't drink while others were allowed, and when I checked, drugs were still illegal there.

The central location was great, but there were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, the room was too small for the number of bunk beds, and it had no windows or ventilation.

Absolutely nothing, I give it a 1 because there's no lower score. Our stay at this accommodation was a nightmare. The assigned room had no window, so there was no ventilation. Moreover, despite smoking being prohibited, there was a strong smell of tobacco and illegal substances. To make matters worse, we found cockroaches in both the kitchen and bathrooms, and the hygiene level was deplorable. It is a totally unhealthy place that does not meet the minimum standards to appear on this platform. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Additionally, booking did not help us find an alternative when we called customer service and explained what happened.
