Staff is not at all co operative I have yet not received my bill despite of so much follow up. Hotel Staff are too rude

Location near to hospital. Property is at 2nd floor not easy access at all. Lift is on the other side very poor maintenance. Hotel or motel Entrance is pathetic. Reception counter is like a normal desk. Hotel pictures are deceptive shown on site. Not a four star for sure. Would rate 1 or 1.5 Very unhygienic atmosphere

RIEN Je n'ai pas séjourné dans cet endroit et annulé immédiatement après l'avoir visité !. Cet "hotel" est déjà quasi invisible et les alentours sont délabrés, dans un ex centre commercial déserté à 50%, Il ne s'agit tout au plus que d'un hotel d'une seule étoile et enncore, surement pas 4. La propreté y est limitée et le personnel exclusivement masculin et fort jeune, relativement serviable, ils dorment dans l'entrée sur des matelas à même le sol ! Cela ressemble plus à un plateau commercial transformé en hotel pour 5 à 7 ! avec une ribambelle d'une douzaine de gamins comme "personnel". La taille des chambre correspond aux photos cependant. Il faut monter à pied 3 étages dans un escalier extérieur metallique et glissant sous la pluie ou passer par le monte charge du centre commercial à l'arrière. Un petit coup d'aspiro serait un minimum ! Désolé

The ambiance of the hotel was so good, the rooms were cleaned perfectly. They have every amenities we can ask for, especially the mini fridge loaded with cold drinks and chocolates
