The staff were incredibly kind and courteous, the facilities were spotless, and I give it a perfect 10 out of 10.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious, right in the city centre, yet it rained in our room, the noise was insane, there was a lot of music, and we could hear the neighbours even while in our own room.
