The staff are wonderful. The place feels very outdated, the TV isn’t a smart TV and the bed is very uncomfortable.

The hotel sits right by the train station, so getting to the old town with the metro is quick and hassle‑free. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it a solid choice for anyone who values convenient transport links. However, the bathroom lacked basic items like a comb or cotton swabs until I asked for them, and a small welcome bottle of water on the room would have been nice. Also, parking is only available if you pay extra.

“Excelente, mas com ressalvas importantes.”

Comfort, cleanliness, bathroom size, and bed size were all good. Breakfast was great, and the parking was a huge help because we were driving a rental car. The only downside was the no‑smoking rule and the lack of an indoor or terrace smoking area – we had to step outside the hotel to smoke. Other than that, I found it uncomfortable and pointless that I couldn’t just walk into breakfast and enjoy what I paid for; I had to be asked for my room number to get in. I understand every hotel has its own rules, but stupid rules shouldn’t be enforced, and in Europe there should be an indoor smoking area or smoking‑permitted rooms. Other than that, I have nothing else to complain about.
