The location is great, but a very unpleasant incident happened to me and my friends: the staff member entered our room at midnight while we were sleeping, yelled that we hadn’t registered at the front desk (we had), which was extremely disturbing and illegal.

Marvi, the staff member, was incredibly friendly and handed us a map, pointing out great tours and restaurants; being next to Termini train station made city travel a breeze. The first day the shower had no hot water, though that was fixed, and we never received the air‑conditioning remote; the room window looked out onto a noisy street.
