Overall, the impression of the hotel was positive. The room was nice, clean, and tidy; no complaints about the living area—everything was cleaned and comfortable. However, the overall picture was marred by the condition of the bathroom. The shower cabin was in very worn condition and urgently needs repair or replacement. I hope the management notices this, because the room itself is great. Breakfasts were tasty. The shower cabin was the only negative.

Friendly staff. Tasty fish. The accommodation conditions were poor: rooms were dirty. Repairs are needed and the beds should be replaced.

I liked that there was a large area. The staff were very considerate and always ready to help. Thank you very much for allowing pets. The beds were good. Everything was there, except cleaning supplies, but you can bring those yourself. Thank you to the fisherman for replacing the fish when it was damaged. Overall, everything was fine, but we understand that more meticulous guests might find issues and lower their rating. On the third day of our stay, the tap ran black water all day. There was a lot of spiderwebs on the walls, and overall we wanted another cleaning. Ventilation problems existed. Someone constantly wanted to enter our room, thinking it was a shelter. If you’re not driving, plan for a half‑hour walk up and down; it’s not for everyone. The address is further than shown on the map. If you order a taxi, tell the trout farm immediately, they’ll add another 150–200 UAH for 1–2 km.

The house is located on the grounds of the Hata Ryabaka restaurant, near the Konvaliya sanatorium, a few kilometres from Truskavets, almost in the mountains. A wonderful place, with forest, fields, a lake, and silence. Anyone wanting to escape the bustle and recharge will be welcome. You can add therapeutic procedures and drink water from the fountain. The restaurant has a trout farm where you can catch trout, sturgeon, and carp. Viktor will cook it deliciously on the grill or hot smoking; it’s incredible. All the staff at the sanatorium and restaurant are very pleasant and will respond to any problem if something goes wrong. I’ll add another review for Hata Ryabaka restaurant: they cook incredibly well. Breakfasts are simply “finger‑licking good.” It’s better to get to Truskavets by car because walking uphill is very hard. You can order a taxi. The room has everything you need for life. But it’s a bit worn with age; there may be water interruptions, so it’s better to stock bottled water. But this did not affect our wonderful vacation.
