Everything was newly furnished, but that's about it. The owner gave us a brief orientation and then we saw no one else. Breakfast was in a mini box, the coffee machine was broken, thank God there was a kettle. At night it was very noisy.

The location is great for visiting the Ercolano ruins and other nearby sights, though a kettle would be handy and the breakfast could be a bit richer; outside the door there's a fantastic bakery with sweet and savory treats.

The room was spotless and everything was freshly renovated, but the coffee machine leaked water underneath.

Everything was perfect – the market, the bakery right under the house, and the supermarket just a 2‑minute walk away. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area again. Highly recommend!
