The heating only worked at night. Outside it was 2 °C. Hot water didn’t flow in the bathroom (not even after 10 minutes of waiting). The morning shower in a cold room with cold water is truly for the weak today, not to mention the legionella infection. Because the room didn’t heat up, it was very stuffy. I had to ask three times for the receipt. Eventually it arrived, but although €110 was debited from my Euro account in advance, the receipt came in Czech koruna. At check‑in we wanted white wine, but it was only available at room temperature (the bar was about 20 °C). Those were terrible three nights.
