We were struck by the hotel’s landscape design—an elegant Indonesian style that feels delicate yet is surrounded by lush greenery. The one‑bedroom villa was roomy, and we loved the distinctive furniture. The whole resort consists of gardens, giving every guest excellent privacy. The restaurant was pretty good too. Everything about the hotel was satisfying. What really moved us was the staff: when we realized we’d left our phone in a Grab car, the entire team supported us as much as possible, and we were lucky to recover the phone with their help. Since the driver didn’t speak English, the team helped us communicate with him and even assisted with the police. We’re truly grateful to all of them—especially Adel, who made us feel the deep friendliness and warmth of the Indonesian people. The only downside was that the room’s sound insulation could be better, as we could occasionally hear outside noise.
