The massage tub was dirty, causing my child to develop an allergic rash after bathing; the bed was a spring mattress, not an individual unit, so any movement made the whole bed shake; only two bottles of water were provided in the room and there was no water dispenser, so we had to ask the front desk for more water based on the number of guests (one bottle per person), which left us short when the child needed milk; the shower water fluctuated between hot and cold, making it uncomfortable.

Breakfast was a Moses burger, and even though I didn’t ask what to eat, they proactively delivered it to the first floor of the garage; the bathroom had no door, and there was no place to hang clothes.
