The hotel is a cozy, intimate family-run establishment situated in a small mountain village free from traffic, with a relaxed layout and a sunny terrace about 1360 m above sea level. Free horse-drawn carriage transport from the cable car station is available. The stylish building hides comfortable, modern interiors, and the view from the room over the Linthal valley feels like a mountain hut. The atmosphere is pleasant and family‑like, breakfasts are superb, and the optional dinner is tasty and reasonably priced. It's a wonderful place to relax, and you’ll want to come back. The stay was too short.

I spent an amazing week in Braunwald at the Tödiblick hotel! I was picked up by horse and carriage, stayed in a modern, clean room with a fantastic view, enjoyed a generous breakfast buffet, delicious dinner (both à la carte and a 5‑course menu), and the staff were super friendly, engaged, and eager to help. All in all, a real must‑visit.

The location and balcony view are extraordinary, breakfast is superb, and the staff are warm and helpful. The restaurant food is high‑quality, and we were not just satisfied but absolutely thrilled with our stay at the Tödiblick; we’ll definitely return. The only downside is that the lounge chairs on the balcony are not very comfortable.

“Berghotel, perfekt für eine Auszeit.”

A wonderful, family‑run mountain hotel. The completely quiet setting, cozy rooms, sunny balcony, snug fireplace, and especially the freshly cooked meals (half‑board is a must‑try) make all the difference. It’s a perfect place to unwind.
