The staff were friendly, the beds were comfy, the pool was nice, and there was a chess board to play with. There were also common tables and chairs where breakfast was served, and after meals you could use the space for anything, like reading a book. The breakfast was a bit sparse: just coffee or juice, toast with butter and jam, if I remember correctly.

The location, the pool, and the overall vibe of the hostel are great. It isn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed at. They require you to be barefoot, which is a problem, especially because the bathroom was ALWAYS wet in our experience. It just doesn’t feel clean at all, even though you see the guys cleaning; it seems they lack the skill to do it well.

The spot is perfect, and the room is comfortable. The shared showers and toilets need to be cleaner, and the rule to go barefoot is hard to follow given how dirty it is.

The staff are super friendly and the value for money is good. The requirement to remove shoes to enter the hostel, including the bathroom, is a downside.
