The accommodation matched the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The room was soundproofed and the host was welcoming, but the listing title “REFAIT A NEUF APPARTEMENT” made me think I’d rent the whole flat. The description mentioned a balcony, a dining nook, a family bedroom with a bed plus futon, a wardrobe, and photos to back it up. In reality I only got a single room with no wardrobe, just a clothes rack, and we had to share everything else. The space was not usable because the family was occupying it. Free toiletries were limited to one sample for the entire three‑night stay, the honey was expired, and there was an unmentioned cat—watch out if you’re allergic. I won’t recommend this place.

The host and her daughter were friendly and pleasant, and the place was very clean. Nothing else to note.

The family was friendly, but the cat, which wasn’t listed, used the toilet. Instead of a sofa bed we got a very uncomfortable inflatable mattress. We booked for three nights but stayed only two. Alcohol was banned, yet that wasn’t mentioned in the description; we’re non‑drinkers, but a glass of French red wine after a long day would have been nice. Had that been stated, we wouldn’t have booked. Also, the listing said we could use the living room, but the photos were far from accurate—messy and overcrowded. In the morning a note on the living room door read “Please do not disturb.” These issues wouldn’t have bothered us if they had been communicated beforehand. The description is simply false, which is disappointing.
