The family hotel is cozy, speaks English and German, has nice rooms and a terrace, a pool, a tasty breakfast with fresh eggs baked daily, and either private parking or free street parking. It’s right next to a big store where you can get coffee or something else, near Lidl, a car wash, a gas station, McDonald’s, a car rental, and 20–30 minutes on foot to the center, or 7 minutes by car. The center of Rovinj is car‑free and you can park on the outskirts of the city for a fee.

“Soweit ok”

Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet . Die Besitzer sehr bemüht. Man kann auch Abends essen wenn man sich anmeldet. Frühstück alles da was es braucht…Der Pool ist auch sauber und ausreichend groß . Gegenüber ist ein großer Supermarkt und in die Stadt geht man 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht . Die Terrasse war aber direkt der Parkplatz der Autos von den Gästen im Haus . Man konnte dadurch auch keine Balkontür offen lassen da die Auto direkt mit 1 Meter Abstand geparkt haben. Man saß in der Auslage…. Jeder ging vorbei es gab kein Sichtschutz . Leider total ungeeignet das Zimmer und null Privatsphäre. Hier würde vielleicht zumindest Sichtschutz etwas Abhilfe schaffen. Das ist für den Preis im August schon zu überdenken

“Schitterend hotel gerund door een gedreven familie!”

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was just top. The rooms were neat, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and hanging out at the pool bar was also great. The family is incredibly friendly and hospitable, making you feel instantly welcome and at home. The owner is a very nice and involved man, always up for a chat and genuinely attentive to his guests. The vibe is cozy and relaxed, and everything is well taken care of. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back! A real recommendation for anyone who loves hospitality, warmth, and quality! ❤️

“Heerlijk verblijf gehad, een echte aanrader. Wij gaan zeker weer terug.”

Great breakfast and also the dinner for guests was excellent. 14 rooms, quiet and small‑scale accommodation, run by the family. We couldn’t find anything that was better.
