“Disappointing Experience Despite Clean Rooms”
I was really looking forward to staying at this place, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The rooms were spotless and the food was actually pretty good, which was a plus. However, the lack of communication about breakfast was a major letdown - we were expecting a decent spread, but nothing was served. To make matters worse, the property is located quite far from the main attractions, which made commuting a real hassle.
Room was not at all according to what was shown on line, it was literally a box, full of filth and smell, I paid 4k for a dharamshala, it was literally a dharamshala
Breakfast was limited but quality was good,was served hot,also staff was supportive and eager to help. Cleanliness can be improved,and also as I requested for a late check out (complimentary)but was denied even as probably the room was not booked,I can understand it ,but then please don't highlight this option while booking the hotel,as it increases your expectations

I'm not sure what's more impressive, the hotel's ability to make me feel like I was in a war zone or the fact that they managed to charge me a premium for it. The location is pretty central, which is a plus, but the constant noise from the street and the adjacent nightclub made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly, but they seemed just as frazzled as I was, probably due to the chaos that ensues when you put a bunch of rowdy guests in a small space.

The staff were super helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. However, the cleanliness of the room was a bit of a letdown - there were some stains on the carpet and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
