The property sits in a very quiet residential area of Iglesias, and both the rooms and common areas are well cleaned and nicely furnished. The owner was super helpful before and during the stay for any little issue. The only downside was that the TVs in the rooms aren’t connected to the antenna. I’d also recommend the private parking spot under the building.

Self‑check‑in was smooth, and the owner Carlo (German‑speaking) and his sister Maddalena were very engaged. The room had its own bathroom and was part of an apartment with a shared kitchen. Everything needed for a self‑made breakfast was available, and both room and kitchen were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had an oven and microwave, but no stove. Parking is directly under the building and also works well for motorcyclists, even though it isn’t locked. Thanks, Maddalena and Carlo.

Suck comfortable beds! Such accommodating service and great recommendations for dinner. Very hearty breakfast (fed 5 hungry cyclists!). Thank you so much!. Nothing!
