There was no positive aspect, only poor service. The staff were unprofessional and rude; the receptionist was constantly on the phone and never paid attention when help was needed, giving a terrible attitude that makes me never recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t get breakfast because apparently there was a misunderstanding about how to arrange for breakfast provision.

The spot was great and the rooms were spacious, but the place really needs better cleaning and fumigation—roaches were everywhere. The staff kept opening the door before check‑out time and blasting loud music on their phones.
