“Good hotel”

The room was very clean, comfortable, and had a good shower. The staff were very friendly. The room felt a bit cramped, but it was fine for an overnight stay. The stairs could use better handrails.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were nice when we met them; hot water was available and there were plenty of supplies like tea, coffee, and fresh towels changed daily. Unfortunately, the staff were only present one evening during our stay, so we couldn't ask them for needed items such as working fans (the bedroom was exceedingly hot) or a second bedside light; we were on the second floor and the only access was via a fire escape, which was problematic for me as a disabled guest and we had no advance notice of this.

“Would not go back”

There was not much to say; it was a last‑minute booking that felt like a ripoff in price, with little or no facilities. The bed itself was comfortable.

“More than pleasant for our needs - thanks”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's breakfast spread and the convenient parking available. The location was also perfect for our needs, making it an ideal choice for our stay. However, we did find it a bit challenging to navigate the booking system, which might be due to our unfamiliarity with it rather than any issue with the hotel itself.
