The apartment is large and bright, with excellent views. It’s located very close to train and bus stations, and you can walk to the historic center. Improvements could be made to enhance the service – there is a leak in the sink and no Wi‑Fi.

A spacious, nice, cozy apartment just a 5‑minute walk from Bologna Centrale Station, though the signage could be clearer for first‑timers. Manuela, the host, was helpful and spoke English. The hallway was a bit dark.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of Bologna’s city center. The apartment was clean and had everything I need for my stay. Manuela was an amazing host, always friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I recommend this place with all my heart!. The apartment is a bit dated and could benefit from some modernization. However, it was clean, well maintained, and this did not affect our overall stay

The flat sits right by the station, and a small balcony offers a lovely view of San Luca. It has a very roomy bathroom. The host is always reachable, helpful, and friendly. Wi‑Fi is missing.
