The location was good, but it was too hot and the room needed a refurbishment.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond; the large family room was excellent, and the shampoo and body lotion were top quality. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and the beach club was great too, just a 10‑minute walk away. I would suggest improving the breakfast selection to be simpler, healthier, with items like rivita, low‑sugar jam, and healthier snack options.

The location is great, the place stays clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, bike rentals are available at a reasonable price, and the rooftop bar is nice. However, the central air conditioning runs 24/7 and creates constant noise, the shower cabin is very small, the closet lacks enough shelves, and the soap dispenser is awkward to use because of its placement.

The hotel is excellent, the staff very friendly, the rooms are big, the breakfast amazing. The part that I want to highlight is that I had a small accident outside the hotel, but the staff went above and beyond to help and accommodate myself and my family of 5 during this unfortunately situation, they event called a doctor in and translated from Italian to English for me. That was priceless because being in a foreign country and having an accident is terrible, but having the support and assistance you need takes the stress away. THANK YOU!!. nothing! everything was perfect!
