I could see Mount Kilimanjaro from the balcony when the sky was clear, but the booking process was a nightmare. They booked three guests into only two private rooms, so my friend, who arrived last, was told her room was gone. Instead of fixing it, they offered her a shared room at the same rate with no compensation, then suggested another property. After she accepted, they forced her to cancel the original booking, and only then revealed the new room would cost more. She was left with no real choice and had to stay in a shared room, even though she had paid for a private one. Management was terrible, communication broke down, and the treatment was unfair.

The bathroom was spotless and the rooms were clean, but a near fight erupted in the restaurant and bar, which was unsettling.

The location was fantastic and the vibe was great. Free drinking water was available, and the rooms were immaculate. The restaurant was decent, but the food took hours to prepare, which was the only downside.

The rooms were nice, and there wasn’t much else to note.
