The location was good. The TV had problems, and during the shower the box didn’t work. I sent several messages in advance but only got a reply after I had to find a private contact and reach out outside the platform. At check‑in, the gate wouldn’t open with the hotel’s remote, but that was fixed the next day.

I didn’t use the pool, but it was very clean, and my room was tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I return to Londrina, I’ll stay here again. I’m not sure if it was because the AC was on, but my shower didn’t heat up—luckily it was already hot outside, so that was fine.

The location is great, and using a keypad for entry makes the process faster. We went to a party and one guest left his car inside, locking the gate; the lack of guidance made parking a juggling act, and I almost couldn’t get in.

GOSTEI DA LIMPEZA DO LOCAL E DA COMUNICAÇÃO POR WATSAP, porém não tinha Internet e muito difícil para se virar sozinho; as instruções em relação às chaves e ao estacionamento foram péssimas.

The place is in a killer spot, right by everything. The coffee though? Super basic, nothing special. Still worth it if you just need a good location.
