Woolley's Classic Suites

The room was large, clean, and the beds were so comfortable that I slept so well; we booked expecting a nice bar and breakfast in the atrium, but that area was under complete renovation and it wasn’t clear online that the atrium was torn up; that was the main reason we booked because it looked like there was a nice bar/restaurant onsite for our parents; aside from that, the rooms were very comfortable and clean; overall it was a nice place for a night; it seemed cheaper than normal due to the construction; just wish the construction was advertised better and that the website didn’t show an evening bar available in the pretty atrium area that was still shown online.

“It was alright”

I’m a frequent visitor and the property has always been clean and well maintained, but there is now a parking fee of $16 per night that I didn’t see on the site; if you want guests to register their cars that’s understandable, but it seems strange to add an extra expense while the hotel is under construction; on the website it still shows rooms available with breakfast included even though the restaurant is currently closed.

“Hotel under construction”

The location in the metro was close to lots of stores, but the hotel is going through construction, the pool was closed and not listed on the website, I was with my kids and had to go to another hotel to use their facility, the room stunk like BO, there was food left in the mini‑fridge, and the tub was not cleaned.

“SHOCKING!!!! The demolition/rennovations were very uncomfortable to us.”

Room was nice. Atrocious!!! Shocked to not know the enormous amount of construction & demolition!!!! It looked like a war zone in the hallway, view from our window to the outside, view in the glass elevator…. Not acceptable for the price we paid
