The location of the hotel was great. It is located right on the Grand Canal, but not so close to the major tourist attractions that it feels overwhelming.

The view from our room was amazing, we could see the canal right outside, it was really beautiful.

The location is good, the towels are good, and the staff are friendly, yet the rooms are very small, not as booked—2 beds/2 separate mattresses were booked but a room with a narrow bed was received, and the showers need a thorough cleaning to remove all the dark spots.
