The location is good and convenient to travel. The water pressure was very low, making showering uncomfortable.

“Un hôtel simple dans une petite ville authentique”

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the location was great in an authentic Thai town with caves, temples and the stunning Samet Nangshe Viewpoint. I passed along the name of a taxi driver, Jom, who offered reasonable rates at the front desk. Unfortunately there was no hot water from the shower; I told the reception staff but no one came to fix it, though the weather was warm. The TV was very fiddly to get working for news channels. The hotel’s taxi prices were double what they should be, there was no on‑site restaurant so we had to eat elsewhere, and the rooms lacked a safe. The staff were not very helpful and made no effort in English.

“Parfait pour visiter la baie”

The location, bed comfort, and separate toilet and shower (first time in Thailand with that setup!) were all excellent. The only downside might be the noise isolation – we could hear the neighbors a lot – but it didn’t stop us from sleeping very well.

“My booking was cancelled by the hotel at late notice.”

The hotel cancelled my booking twenty minutes before I arrived. I had to find another place on short notice, which cost much more, and the cancellation refund barely covered the difference.
