Nice hotel in the center, close to everything; the housekeeping staff kept the room clean and tidy throughout our stay, the staff were very friendly, and we loved it.
The breakfast was good, yet we were repeatedly without towels from morning until evening—four requests went unanswered with promises of “just a moment,” and only after raising our voices did a staff member finally bring two towels.
Great location, but the breakfast service left something to be desired.
The hotel was really great and the service excellent, with staff who were very friendly and welcoming—especially Jumana, who was incredibly kind and hospitable, making her hospitality truly wonderful; the location was wonderful and the bed very comfortable, enhancing our stay, but the main things that could improve are the hotel entrance, the TV, and the bedside table in the room.
