I enjoyed my stay. The room that was given to me had no water, but I was moved to another room which was perfect. Also, the staff noise from the corridors was annoying.

It was a convenient location. They didn’t honor the booking, didn’t hold the reservation because I hadn’t paid, and I had no way to pay. I was flying when they tried to call me. I called back, but they had already cancelled the reservation. They tried to move me to a second location that was awful. When I went there, there was no mattress on the bed frame, even though they said it was being sorted. The second location was old and far from what I had ordered. I didn’t stay, and it was overall a terrible experience.

The staff was friendly and the location was great. The room was outdated and the bathroom was unkept, ruining the stay. I would not recommend it — most things in the room are too old and dirty. Not worth the price. The old room and poor bathroom hygiene were disappointing.
