The room was decent and the park and pool were very good, but the breakfast was awful for a 5‑star hotel.

The hotel’s location is wonderful; it’s a new, small place that feels very cozy, with comfortable mattresses, clean beds, and very polite staff for its price. Breakfasts were excellent, with tasty coffee and croissants, and the spot is only 200 m from a beautiful beach. Restaurants and cafés are also nearby. The only slight discomfort was that the floor is tiled, which can feel a bit odd, but that’s probably due to maintenance.

“Disappointing. Definitely not a 5-star experience.”

The location was great, but the experience was far from 5‑star: the hotel looks outdated, poorly designed, and doesn’t match the photos. I asked for my room to be cleaned after I left at 10:30 AM, yet it was still untouched at 13:30 PM. Traveling with a baby is hard enough, yet the staff didn’t give me the baby tub or bottle sterilizer I requested. There was no hot water in our shower, and after two attempts to fix it, the staff moved us to another room, which also lacked warm water. A 5‑star hotel should provide basic comfort and reliable service, but this fell completely short.

“A nice overnight stay with a great breakfast”

The location was great, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with good English skills, and the pool and pool bar were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. It took a while to figure out how to unlock the sliding balcony door because there were no instructions, but I might just be unfamiliar with that lock system.

Everything was perfect: the location, staff, pool, room, housekeeping, and overall vibe—we loved it. Nothing was lacking.
