The pool and dining area were great, our room had a nice small balcony and was large enough for our family of four, the location was good with a 5‑minute walk to the main town area, it felt like good value and the breakfast was great.

We booked a one‑night stay with dinner and breakfast included. The room and bathroom were spacious, and unlike other reviews I found both clean. The pool was a plus, never crowded, and the breakfast was plentiful, more savory than sweet. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the location was very close to the center of Göreme. The dining service, however, fell short: we had one dinner included, and after ordering, one dish arrived immediately but the second took over thirty minutes. It seemed the kitchen had forgotten half the order, not even delivering the drinks. After more than thirty minutes we had to nudge them for the dish, which came cold. I understand that can happen with heavy traffic.
