The staff were friendly, the location was good, there were no bugs, and the refrigerator stayed cold. The toilet flushed slowly. There were no pillows with pillowcases; the pillows had shams on them. Does that mean they were the shams after every stay?

There was no breakfast included, why do you ask? Blankets were missing from each bed; only a very worn and broken over‑bed cloth was available. A dead small roach was found over the refrigerator. One of the glass windows was partially open. The shower curtain was broken at the top and needs replacement. When I complained the next morning about the lack of blankets, the front lady said they don’t put blankets on the beds because some people don’t like them and you have to ask. Imagine having to go out at 2:30 am to request a pair of blankets—that is ridiculous.

Every time we stay here it has always been clean and well maintained. It is close to the casino, which is why we come to Immokalee. It’s very quiet and easy to access right off the main road.

I stayed at this old motel that mostly serves the fruit and vegetable pickers; the AC was chill, and there was a microwave and a mini fridge. I tried to book a room at the casino, but the price was too high, so I opted for this place for one night. If I had booked at the casino just three days earlier, I would have spent $30 more, which shows that what I paid for a single night here was a bit steep.
