“Superbe suite avec une vue incroyable sur la ville”
The suite was perfect, spacious, clean, and had a stunning city view. There’s no iron in the room (only a broken iron for the whole hotel).

The staff there are friendly, especially Chloe, who is so helpful. Breakfast was just average.

The location is riverside with a beautiful window view and a bridge lit up at night; the room is spacious and breakfast varied. As a Muslim, I appreciated the fruits, boiled eggs, and coffee. It’s a bit far from the subway, but a bus is nearby. Cleanliness under the bed needs attention even though it’s not visible.

The hotel shares a complex with the friend we were visiting, so the location was great. Rooms are new, modern, and comfortable with huge beds. Breakfast was only okay, which is more than expected from a Holiday Inn Express, to be fair.

The bed was comfortable, the view pretty, the TV big, and the room AI worked well. There was mold on the bathroom walls, giving off an unpleasant smell. When the water was turned on, a loud noise came from the pipes after about 5 seconds. The cleaning lady didn’t clean the bathroom, the shower wouldn’t drain, and someone’s hair (not mine) was in the shower drain; no one had cleaned it when I checked in the first night. The breakfast staff were rude; when I asked for water she gave a disgruntled look as if I was asking for something special. The staff’s judgmental look made me feel as if I’d done something wrong by asking them to clean the bathroom and a towel they had forgotten.
