“Acceptable not exceptional”

The location near the airport was convenient, the bed was very comfortable, and the MALT Bar/restaurant, AC, fan, airport transfer, housekeeping, friendly staff, cleanliness, and price were all good. However, the wifi was the world's worst (<4mbps), making it impossible to run MS Teams or MS Outlook; road and outside noise came through single glazing, corridor noise was frequent (including phones ringing), there were short but regular power outages, no fridge in the room, stuff was stored in stairwells, breakfast needed a revamp, AC in communal areas was usually off, the rooftop area shown is now abandoned, it feels geared more toward domestic guests than international, and the listing shown is out of date compared to the present status.

I had a very comfortable stay at Urban Hermitage Hotel Nagpur, and its excellent location near Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport made it extremely convenient for travelers with early or late flights. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well‑maintained, creating a comfortable ambiance. Service was prompt and professional, and the staff were courteous throughout. Late‑night food orders were available, which was very helpful after a tiring journey. The overall vibe feels premium yet cozy, making it a great option for business travelers as well as families or couples looking for a convenient stay in Nagpur. I would definitely recommend it.

My stay at this hotel was a letdown from start to finish. The receptionist was incredibly rude and made me feel unwelcome, which was a stark contrast to the excellent experience I had at another property in Nagpur that I switched to the next day. The rooms were also cramped, and to top it off, the food was terrible. Although the restaurant staff were friendly and did their best, it wasn't enough to salvage my overall disappointment.

“Not up to standard. I would avoid if i were you”

While I appreciated the hotel's convenient location next to the airport metro station, and the breakfast and bed were satisfactory, my overall experience was marred by several issues. The lack of hot water in the shower for the entire five days I stayed was a significant inconvenience, and the hotel's refusal to offer a discount or compromise was disappointing. Additionally, the internet was slow, and I had concerns about the safety of the emergency exits and the cluttered staircase.

“No hot water inspite of paying 16000 for two days! Horrible experience”

I was really unhappy with the price I paid for my stay, especially when I found out that my colleague had booked the same hotel for significantly less. This made me feel cheated, and I wish I had been more aware of the price differences before booking. It seemed like I overpaid by a substantial amount, which was frustrating.
