Getting there was easy, the place is clean. There was no soap in the bathroom. When I tried to check in, I was told the reservation was cancelled—same last name, different reservation.
“Been a loyal Marriott member for years. Did not expect this treatment”
The property cancelled one of our 2 rooms because of overbooking, so we had 6 girls crammed into one room with a single bathroom, and there were ants on the walls.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were nice, but the elevators weren’t working so we had to walk up a flight of stairs with our suitcases, and we weren’t told about the elevator issue until after we checked in, which was not very nice.
The shuttle service was great.
The room was spacious and clean, with a nice kitchen and sitting areas, but the bed linens had a very strong odor—bleach mixed with a fungicide that’s sometimes used after a flood—which kept me from sleeping comfortably and irritated my face enough that I tried to sleep with my pillow covered by a tee shirt; an automatic second rinse from their laundry service might help.
