The service was excellent, the location spot‑on, and the view absolutely breathtaking.
“Hotel de estafadores. ¡Vendieron nuestra habitación a alguien más!”
They didn’t even have a name for this place and they sold our booked room to someone else, leaving us out on the street with nowhere to sleep even though we had a reservation. I’ll be reporting them to the authorities because what they did was illegal, and the same thing happened to the person behind me in line. Never stay at this miserable, unscrupulous, and fraudulent hotel; they arbitrarily gave our room to another guest despite us notifying them we’d arrive late (which is normal and we would have paid on the spot). Terrible!

I had mixed feelings about my stay - while the hotel's location was spot on, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The area was convenient, but the room's upkeep was not up to par. Overall, it was an average experience.

The place was in disrepair, they forced us to sleep on two beds turned into a king‑size, which was uncomfortable. The bathroom had damaged parts and some dirty corners, and the parking area was filthy.

While I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, my stay was marred by the neglected and sometimes dirty state of the facilities, which were also accompanied by unpleasant odors.
