Looks ok from the outside. Don’t get me started from the moment I checked in till the moment I checked out 10 minutes later Room was nasty, like cockroach infestation, staff lady was rude and had zero customer service skills Tried moving us to a different room, which was equally as nasty , food on the floor and surfaces not wiped down then you wonder why you got cockroaches Nasty nasty nasty

It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was an odd smell in the room, but I didn’t report it so not their fault for not addressing the issue

Not much. The air conditioning in the room smelled like a cat had peed into it. The room walls were so thin we could hear the next‑door neighbor snoring through the night. Breakfast was strictly continental.
