We liked everything. The chalet is very pretty, fully equipped and cozy. Everything works perfectly! The only downside was the day we left 😅.

I had a great experience. Luiz was extremely friendly and attentive, welcomed me warmly and showed the facilities. The room was extremely clean and well arranged, which I really appreciated. The air‑conditioning was clean and worked great, the shower was good and the bed very comfortable. Overall the room was very well maintained and made for a wonderful stay. The only negative point was the location, a bit farther from the city centre. Also, the condominium where the chalet is located could use better signage or markers to guide guests, as it was a bit hard to find the place. That said, it’s unrelated to Luiz’s service or the quality of the accommodation, which were both excellent.

Very calm, I needed comfort and tranquility and that’s exactly what I found; everything was tidy and clean. I loved the kitchen area – perfect for families with small children. I did miss a pastry at breakfast, otherwise everything was perfect.
