Nice in the center, near an ice rink and a snow hockey rink. You can rent skates yourself and there's a gym. Unfortunately there's no breakfast, but close by you can get tasty sandwiches at Kukul Elisabethe.

Keep in mind that free ice is only on Saturday and Sunday; other days have club training. You can borrow skates, even large sizes like 48. The locker room had a fridge; the corridor had a microwave and kettle. The food shop is on the top floor.
