would like to thank you for arranging the refund for my reservation ( no. 5804657097). I appreciate your assistance in resolving the financial aspect of this matter. However, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience and handling of the situation. Being informed that my confirmed reservation could not be accommodated caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. As a guest, I had relied on the confirmation and expected the reservation to be honored. While the refund has been processed, the situation reflects a lack of proper planning and communication from the hotel’s side. I believe this is an area that requires improvement to ensure future guests do not face similar issues. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review your internal processes to prevent such occurrences in the future

We really enjoyed our stay. The old town is a great area to visit Phuket, and the owner was very sweet.

The room was a good size with a separate toilet and shower, and the little café served decent coffee and food until 6 pm. The air conditioning was noisy, and the shower head was loose and couldn’t be positioned; I reported it to staff hoping it would be fixed.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and immediately gave us a new room when the toilet malfunctioned. The evenings were a bit noisy because of the bars and restaurants next door, and I’m not sure the value matches what we paid compared to other places in Thailand. The café and breakfast were a little pricey, and while they tried to help, they couldn’t really organize our bus journey.
