The 24‑hour check‑in is convenient and there’s a parking lot. The room feels more like an apartment with barely enough space for a single cabin bag unless you try the huge side closets, which are useless for a one‑night stay. The bathroom wasn’t really clean, and only two small towels were supplied per person—plus we saw towels that had belonged to previous guests. The room didn’t have the ocean view we booked; we could only see the wall of the building next door. We chose the hotel because it’s close to the airport, which works for that purpose, but for longer stays in Jeju City we’d pick another place.

The staff were very friendly, there were Chinese‑speaking employees, the location was good, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was close to the health road so you could stroll over. The room had many amenities and was very clean.

The facilities are tidy and the staff are friendly, but there’s only one elevator, so it gets crowded and inconvenient when people rush.

It’s close to the city center, so grabbing food and going to the duty‑free shop is easy. The room is clean and the service is good, but there’s no daily housekeeping and throwing out trash is a bit of a hassle.
