The spot was spot on and right in the middle, and the room was big. The carpet in the room had a strong mold smell that stuck in our suitcase for days. The hotel doesn’t offer special services and the cleaning could really use improvement. Value for money isn’t great.

The room was spacious and spotless. The location was fantastic and close to everything we wanted, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and answered all our questions.

I arrived early and asked if they could hold my luggage, and they kindly offered a free early‑check‑in. The room was spacious, spotless and the daily housekeeping was thorough, making my stay very comfortable. Being right next to Chinatown meant plenty of foot traffic and I never felt unsafe or encountered any trouble. The only downside was the weak dryer that lacked hot‑cold settings, so bringing your own is advisable, and there were no pajamas, slippers or kettle provided.

Everything was excellent; a great hotel to stay. The only downside is that there isn’t a bottle of water in the room.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again. I wish there had been a balcony.
