This was my first bad experience with Fab Hotels, but this one is an OYO listed on Booking. I saw it listed as Fab Hotels, but it turned out wrong; the only option was prepaid with no refund, which I couldn't understand. When I reached the room, there was no refund, the bed was broken, the TV didn't work, and it didn't match my expectations.

I booked NAR Comforts – Majestic because it claimed car parking was available, but that was completely misleading. The access road is extremely narrow and congested, making it practically impossible to drive a car inside. I followed Google Maps, but it was confusing and didn't lead properly to the hotel. I drove around for nearly 45 minutes, going in circles and struggling to find the place. Eventually, I had to park far away and walk about 25 minutes to reach the hotel. After all that effort, I realized staying there was not practical at all because of the parking issue. The hotel refused to give any refund. I lost my money, endured a lot of stress, and had to find another hotel and book a new stay. Even more disappointing is how they allow such misleading information to be listed on their platform. Because of this experience, I have completely lost trust in it. It's very difficult to rely on a platform where the information provided is not accurate. I strongly advise others not to trust the parking details mentioned for this property and to think twice before booking.
