The staff were professional and very organized, speaking English fluently; rooms were cleaned daily and the mattress was sanitized. The location was ideal, with a kitchen, bar, and parking all within reach.

The hostel was very nice with great staff and a superb location. The shared bathroom wasn’t clean, but that was due to the guests’ lack of respect for others, not the hostel’s fault. The bed sheets didn’t fit properly on the plastic mattress.

The place is centrally located in a rough neighbourhood, and the rooftop is beautiful. The service feels minimal compared to the room price (you have to scrape a tea sachet). The staff are friendly.

The staff were excellent, though the parking spaces were full; they helped a lot with alternative parking options near the third‑line subway intersection, which was very convenient. Compared to other cities, it’s relatively expensive. The nearby Indigo parking lot is very narrow; after driving in, only three cramped spots remained, making parking almost impossible. I had to detour to another lot, spending about 20 minutes and paying 8.5 CAD. The parking situation was inexplicable (not the hotel’s fault). Also, note that street parking is limited to five hours during the day or a ticket will be issued.

They charged me a lot and didn’t provide a comfortable place, claiming it was non‑refundable. There were many stairs, and I had to check in and out multiple times. The six‑bedroom rooms were more expensive and offered fewer facilities. They said the first female rooms were available at check‑in time, but later claimed only mixed rooms were available, so I had to check out for four nights and check back in. I question why all nights are non‑refundable if someone finds the place unsatisfactory and wants to leave; they won’t return money. I developed knee pain from the stairs. The Wi‑Fi was poor, but most staff were kind and helpful. The bed comfort, metro access, and kitchen were lacking.
