The apartment was spacious, well‑equipped, and clean. We chose the place mainly because of the animals, which the grandkids loved. The staff consistently work hard to maintain the vegetation and the park life, which is commendable. The restaurant is completely closed, even though that wasn’t communicated in the listing; we expected it and were disappointed to find out a few days before arrival. The apartments are located 50 m from the 53 km road. It’s very noisy. The neglect is sad, with a storage area piled with lim‑lom. Overall, the complex has seen better days.

There is a lot of potential here, and it could be a great choice for events (if they tidy it up a bit). If you want a forest‑school‑camp vibe with friends, it’s also a good pick. The proximity to nature and flexible accommodation are positives. But it’s far from the photos. The courtyard is neglected and messy. The room had spider webs, moldy walls in several places, a seemingly dangerous crack in the wall, dirty linens, and no refrigerator. It felt like no one had taken care of the place in 2‑3 years.

The garden room looked nice but could have been tidier. The room’s cleanliness was lacking, the window couldn’t be opened, the bathroom ceiling was screwed and needed repair, the TV was unusable, no broadcasts came through, Wi‑Fi was absent and no code was provided. The garden area was a bit messy and seemed neglected.
