“Not a good place, needs more attention and cleaning”

The location was convenient and the check‑in was quick, but the property was still under renovation; construction dust settled in the room, especially on the floors and in the bathroom, which was not very clean and had lots of hair in the shower and a huge wad of hair on the floor behind the door. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was freezing when I arrived.

“I felt cheated due to price and inconvenience this trip.”

Breakfast was tasty, though I’d have liked more meat options like sausage each day; the juice selection was good and the cinnamon rolls were unbeatable. The area stayed clean and the staff, even the construction workers, were friendly. However, ice was only available on the 6th floor while we were on the 2nd, and the remodeling was still in progress—there was noise, mess, and inconvenience. The room lacked a hair dryer, the sofa was in bad shape, and the price felt high given the ongoing renovation. I probably wouldn’t have stayed if I’d known it was still happening; I’ll make sure to check next time. Last year we had to go to the basement for breakfast because of remodeling, and I assumed it would be finished—my mistake.

“Price should have been cheaper noisy neighbors and halls made it less relaxing.”

Breakfast was good and the staff were nice, but you could hear everything happening in the neighboring room, even simple conversations. The bedding was very thin, so I kept adjusting the thermostat to avoid freezing all night.
