I had a mixed experience at this hotel, but I must commend Mellia for her exceptional service in resolving an issue with our transportation. Unfortunately, the comfort of our room was compromised by hard beds and thin pillows, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I was relieved to find that the hotel was clean and available when I needed it, but my stay was somewhat disappointing due to the subpar food. The options were limited, and what little was available took a long time to arrive, and to make matters worse, it was poorly cooked.

I enjoyed the calm and sea-facing location of this hotel, which provided a serene atmosphere. However, I didn't have any particular dislikes during my stay.

The hotel's welcoming and friendly staff made a great impression, and my bungalow was clean. It was also noted that the hotel might be for sale. On the downside, I found the hot water temperature difficult to adjust, swinging between scalding and cold, and lunch wasn't always available.
