The place is well‑situated, the staff are eager to resolve any timing issues, and the facilities meet the promised standards, though the bunk‑bed ladder could use a bit more comfort.

The bed was huge and the place feels brand‑new—plenty of space, a well‑equipped kitchen, and the décor is fresh and tidy. The location is spot‑on. A downside: the women's bathroom floor gets soggy at night, nobody comes to dry it, and there's mold near the ceiling. The fridge gets cluttered by guests, and the management should step in to keep it organized. Other hostels handle that better.

Great spot, though I missed breakfast because I had to leave early—still nice that it’s offered. The Wi‑Fi QR in my room didn’t work, so I had to use my own login. They need to check that in every room.

I’ve been here before and loved it, so I came back. It’s right in Recoleta, close to the metro and a short walk to downtown. The hostel is clean, the kitchen and common areas are solid, so I’d recommend it. The only hiccup: they reconfigured a large dorm into two smaller rooms, which made it nicer overall, but I ended up in a room with no window—too warm in winter and no fresh air.
