“Amazing unique mini break place in a must stay location and perfect host!”

The property was flawless, very private, beautifully finished, and impeccably clean—surpassing our expectations, and we’ll definitely return. The host was highly responsive and had all the amenities ready, even essential groceries, so we didn’t have to go to the supermarket for breakfast, which was a lovely bonus. The place felt cosy and unique, with charming little touches everywhere that made it feel even more homely. The host even provided a lovely hand‑drawn laminated map for a wonderful walk through the woods. The location is fantastic, away from the bustle yet still close to Corby town and several great landmarks. Nothing to complain about.

“A lovely place to escape too.”

The wooden building sat in its own field, exactly what I wanted—an escape spot with only birds for company. It was well organized, providing everything I needed for a short stay, and I didn’t need the heating because the nights were mild; the dimmer switches were a nice touch. I spent my days on the lovely outdoor chair and then shut out the world with thick curtains. Staying alone felt safe, and I appreciated the good Wi‑Fi. Dawn, the host next door, was lovely and helpful whenever I needed anything.

The lodge was peaceful, private, and cozy. It was spacious, well equipped, and ideal for a romantic getaway. The only thing my wife would add is a full‑length mirror.
