The location was close to the train station. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The landlord was very friendly and helpful.

The location and cleanliness were good. However, the people staying in other rooms walked around naked and didn’t respect the shared space.

“Ottimo”

The rooms matched the photos, with air‑conditioning, Wi‑Fi, and a shared bathroom. The living area mentioned in the description wasn’t there, or at least we didn’t see it, and the host didn’t show it to us. The kitchen lacks stovetops; there’s a large fridge, a table to eat at, a small oven, and a kettle. There are two bathrooms, both with showers and free toiletries and towels. The apartment was spotless and organized. The air‑conditioners were real units, and during a hot summer they helped us rest a lot. The location relative to the station is fantastic—just a few minutes on foot. Even though the tower is farther away, walking through the historic center to get there is a pleasant stroll, discovering Pisa. Alternatively, there are buses; I used the Tuscany transport app to buy tickets online and check schedules and routes. Overall, I recommend it for its cleanliness, station proximity, and air‑conditioning. The only drawback was the very limited dishware—just one cup for an apartment that can host eight people.
